ATK5 Pump Cylinder Block Assembly (Block, Cylinder, P/Pump) is made of Monel K-500 alloy base material with a yield strength of not less than 100ksi. The key working surfaces are coated with 0.010-thick tungsten carbide coating, combined with precision machining and standard shot peening process. It has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and up-to-standard precision, which can stably adapt to harsh heavy-duty working conditions such as high-pressure fluid and oil-gas machinery, effectively extending the service life of the equipment. All dimensions and processes comply with the ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard, with smooth edge transition and no burrs.
